Welcome to the Reef Unity Network LLC ("RUN", "we", "us", or "our") website and platform, accessible via reefunitynetwork.org. These Terms and Conditions (“Terms”) and the integrated Privacy Policy govern your use of the RUN website, including all associated services, content, features, and subscription tiers—Lite, Core, and Pro (collectively, the “Platform”).

By using the RUN website or any of its services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not access or use the Platform.

Eligibility

You must be at least 13 years old to access the Platform. Users under 18 must have the permission of a parent or guardian. Certain features (e.g., paid tools or consulting) may require users to be 18 or older.

Account Registration & Responsibilities

Some features require you to create an account. You agree to:

  • Provide accurate and current information

  • Keep your login credentials confidential

  • Accept responsibility for all activity under your account

 

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities conducted under your account. Membership access is granted to individuals or organizations as specified at the time of purchase or registration and may not be shared outside the permitted scope of the selected tier.

RUN reserves the right to suspend or terminate accounts that violate these Terms.

Subscription Tiers

RUN offers multiple membership tiers designed to support different levels of engagement. Current tiers include:

  • Lite – Access to content library, downloadable material, and the Community Forum.

  • Core – Access to content library, downloadable material, and community features, such as group work sessions, Research Showcases, and the Community Forum.

  • Pro – Access to content library, downloadable material, community features, such as group work sessions, Research Showcases, and the Community Forum, and personalized coaching.

​RUN reserves the right to modify, rename, add, or remove membership tiers at any time.

Copyright and Intellectual Property

All RUN content—including but not limited to lessons, blogs, media, tools, reports, code, and visuals—is for informational and educational purposes only. All content is protected by copyright and other intellectual property laws. Users may not:

  • Copy or distribute platform materials

  • Modify or create derivative works without permission

  • Use RUN content for commercial gain without written consent

Exceptions include:

  • Materials explicitly labeled for download, reuse, or sharing

  • Proper attribution where requested

User Contributions & Community Participation

RUN offers forums, research showcases, or other community features. Participation is voluntary and subject to posted community guidelines. RUN reserves the right to moderate, remove content, or suspend accounts that violate these guidelines or these Terms.

By submitting content (e.g., photos, text, forum posts, testimonials, or other uploaded materials), you grant RUN a non-exclusive, royalty-free, worldwide license to:

  • Use, share, reproduce, and modify your content

  • Feature your work in educational, promotional, and future platform content

  • Provide appropriate credit whenever feasible

To the fullest extent permitted by law, RUN disclaims liability for damages arising from the use or inability to use the platform or services. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida. Any disputes shall be resolved in the appropriate courts located in Polk County, Florida, United States.

RUN reserves the right to update these Terms and Privacy Policy at any time. Users will be notified of material changes via email or site notice. Continued use of the Platform constitutes acceptance of revised terms.
